As certified experts in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we provide tailored assessments and treatments (service fee applies) aimed at empowering you to overcome barriers and lead a vibrant, fulfilling life!
THE PROCESS:
The first appointment is known as the Assessment Appointment and lasts between 1 and 1.25 hours. During this assessment, we will evaluate whether CBT is the right approach for your specific challenges. If it is, you will be asked to participate in six weekly CBT sessions, each lasting 45 minutes to an hour. Upon completion of these sessions, you will be requested to attend a Monitoring Session for one hour to review your progress.

What to expect

Your Practitioner will enthusiastically explain the CBT model, welcoming all your questions, and you'll have the opportunity to share your unique experiences in a supportive environment. Together, you'll explore how your challenges fit into the concept of vicious cycles, set clear goals for your journey, and discuss practical coping techniques tailored just for you!
After the assessment, we'll create a personalized therapy approach that focuses on what matters most to you. Plus, get ready for some fun homework assignments to keep you engaged and growing between sessions! CBT is all about practicality, allowing you to integrate new skills into your daily life.
