THE PROCESS:
Your journey begins with the Assessment Appointment, which lasts between 1.0 and 1.25 hours. Here, we’ll determine if CBT is the perfect fit for your unique challenges. If it is, you’ll embark on six weekly CBT sessions, each lasting 45 minutes to an hour. Once you’ve completed these sessions, you may be invited to a Monitoring for one hour to celebrate your progress!
